Alen Avdić is a corporate finance professional and valuation specialist with 20 years of experience across investment banking, CEO/CFO/FP&A roles, and founder-led businesses. He provides independent valuation opinions that are supported by robust financial modelling, transparent assumptions, and disciplined market-based sanity checks.
In recent years, he has focused on SME valuations for tax and regulatory purposes, including Netherlands-based founder emigration valuations. His sector experience includes real estate, crypto and digital assets, youth care, container shipping, used cars, art-related businesses, and more, often with cross-border operations.
